Everything you would otherwise find in the small print, written so you do not need to look for it.

Stay policies

Standard rates: free cancellation until 14 days before arrival. Inside 14 days, the first two nights are charged.
Festive period (20 Dec – 3 Jan) and packages: free cancellation until 30 days before arrival; inside that, 50% of the stay.
No-shows are charged in full. Early departures are charged for the nights booked, less the cost of dining we no longer serve.
Cancel by replying to your confirmation email or calling reservations; we confirm every cancellation in writing.

Check-in from 3pm. Rooms ready earlier are released earlier — most guests arriving before noon are in by 1pm.
Check-out by 12pm. Late check-out until 4pm is free whenever the suite is not needed; after 4pm, half the nightly rate.
Arriving early or leaving late? The beach house holds bags and has showers, so the day is yours either way.
A photo ID for each adult and the card used to book are required at check-in.

A card guarantees the booking; nothing is charged until the cancellation window closes, when the first night is taken as a deposit.
The balance is settled at check-out in MXN or USD by card or cash. Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted; no card surcharge.
Rates are quoted in USD and include all-inclusive service. Mexican IVA (16%) and lodging tax (3%) are itemised separately, as the law requires.
There is no resort fee, service charge or gratuity line. Tipping is welcome and never expected.

Dogs up to 15 kg are welcome in ground-floor Ocean Suites and Casa Zavana. One dog per room, $60 a night cleaning fee.
Dogs are welcome on the beach walk and terraces, but not in restaurants, pools or the spa.
Service animals are welcome everywhere, at no charge. Tell us at booking so the team is ready.

Children under 12 stay and eat free in their parents' suite, up to the sleeps limit of the category. Cots are free.
The kids club (ages 4–12) runs 9am – 5pm and is included. Babysitting from vetted local sitters is $25 an hour.
The infinity terrace, spa circuit and sunset lounge are adults-only; the night terrace is adults-only after 10pm.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pools and beach.

All suites and restaurants are non-smoking. Designated terraces are marked; a $250 cleaning fee applies to smoking in a suite.
Quiet hours are 11pm – 7am across the resort. Amplified music is not permitted on suite terraces.
Drones are not permitted anywhere on the point without written permission from the resort.
